I found the most fabulous purse when I was on vacation in florida! The last couple months I have had so many people ask me where I got it, that I looked through my sources, and found it to offer to you at retail.
I have sold 3 to my pals locally, it is that hot! It is inspired by a famous designer, and the quality is fantastic. It isn’t a knock off, just inspired by a famous designer. I bought 3 different styles and sizes.
This is the one I bought.
We also have one that is a little smaller available.
The quality of these bags is fantastic! I have been carrying mine for months! It has an optional shoulder strap, so you can carry it as a cross body. I carry mine on my shoulder, but the strap is handy if you need it. Ths style is so popular right now, you need this bag!
Hey girl bosses! These flip flops are on the short list of must haves! Only the coolest girl boss can wear these, and I had to have them when I saw them online. If you are looking for an inexpensive way to accessorize your outfits, you may want to try snap jewelry. The concept behind it is you buy a ring base, and then you interchange the tops.
We offer a Stretchy Ring Base on our site, because it gives you a lot of options, and you don’t have to know the ring size of the person you are buying it for. Stretchy rings are great to wear on different fingers, and if you have issues with your fingers swelling, you don’t have to worry about your ring fitting.
The interchangeable snaps easily snap on and off to create different looks. You can make different rings, bracelets, even necklaces with these interchangeable snaps.
With Mothers Day just around the corner, I thought I would take a few minutes to give you some tips on how to choose a gift for your mom. People tend to get really stressed when they start thinking about what to get their mom as a gift. The most important thing to remember when selecting a gift for your mom is to think about your moms favorite things to do, and her personality. The first thing I would do when I was working as a personal shopper is ask the client what the gift recipient, in this case your mom, what she likes to do with her free time. Does she like to go to movies? How bout tickets to the movie theater she likes to frequent. Does she like to go get a manicure? Why not get her a gift card to the local spa for a day of pampering.
Another thing you could consider is her hobbies. Does she like to read, or is she a sports enthusiast? Buy her a new book, or something that will help her to pursue her sport. Most people love to talk about their hobbies, this is a great way of getting her to tell you what she wants. Use this as an opportunity to be creative, and you can do this on any budget. For example, if your mom loves to garden, you could buy her a new pair of gardening gloves, a beautiful perennial to plant in her garden, or a weekend away to visit the gardens of a favorite place.
Finally, time is the one thing all moms love. If you can’t be with her on Mothers Day, how bout facetiming her, or sending her a handmade card? The gift all moms want? Your time.
I freaking love these! I am all about empowering women, and helping us to be the best we can be! There is some of Wonder Woman inside all of us. I did order these through amazon, and paid for them but here is a link for you Wonder Woman Flip Flops if you want to order them. I will get a few pennies for my recommendation, but of course that isn’t why I am recommending them.
The current trend for patriotic themed stuff is so hot, I have a great purse and some other things that will look great with them. I think I will take them on my vacation with me!
If you are following this blog you will recall that I started an accountability challenge in a group I am in. The challenge is to exercise a minimum 15 minutes per day. I have been charting my progress in a Bullet Journal each day.
It is just a simple one, I put an x in the box each day, but wow is it satisfying to check that box. Today is day 11, and I havn’t done my exercising yet but I will. It has been tough a few days, especially after the weekend nights when I have been out partying with friends, but I am going to keep at it for the 30 days!
On top of exercising 15 minutes everyday I started a low carb diet on Monday, and that has been very hard. I love bread. If I could marry bread, I think I would. I love potatoes, it has only been 4 days and I swear I am grieving the loss of the potato.
I hope this part gets easier, because I am really having a tough time with it. Maybe as I start to see results, It won’t suck as badly!
The April accountability challenge in a coaching group that I belong to involves both a personal and professional challenge. The first step as I discussed in this post Bullet Journals was to find a way to chart the progress. The second step is to choose an accountability partner.
A good friend has agreed to do the challenge with me, and has her own 2 challenges. Choosing an accountability partner is an easy concept, and it is just important that you choose someone you are comfortable with. We have agreed to check in with each other each day to see how we are doing with our challenges. We started yesterday, and so far so good with day two!
I was introduced to a new term the other night by my business coach. It is bullet journaling. We were talking about an accountability challenge that she introduced to the group. The challenge involves a personal goal and a business goal. We were challenged to come up with goals for this 30 day challenge. She introduced the concept of keeping a “bullet journal”. Basicly it is a way to create and customize an organization system. It can be your to-do list, sketchbook, notebook, and diary, or a excel screenshot. It is supposed to teach you to do more with less.
I’ll post more later about what my specific challenges are, but the first step was to find a bullet journal I was comfortable with. After looking at pinterest for hours, and getting distracted I decided to just go with a simple one my coach gave us.
There are tons of bullet journals for you to look at out there, choose one and lets get started.
I have been reading everywhere about how the latest thing for retailers is live video. I watch a lot of periscopes, and have been trying to get my nerve to try it in my business. The other day I noticed I have the little microphone on my iPhone on my facebook business page. So, I decided to give it a try. OMG, I looked hit! lol I couldn’t get past how dark the video was, and how terrible I looked in it.
After doing some research on how my favorite periscopers do it, I ordered a tripod, and a ring light for my iPhone. This is the one I bought.RC Selfie Ring Light for iPhone 6 If you buy from my link, I will receive a few pennies from amazon in commission, but that isn’t why I am recommending it! What a difference it makes in selfies, and for live video. I had my husband do a before and after of this ring light, and here are the results.
This is the selfie taken without using a ring light on my iPhone-
This is the selfie taken after the ring light-
What a difference right? I am so excited to try it on my next live video, I’ll let you know how it works!
